This ale is mostly about HOPS. According to beer mythology, India Pale Ale was specially brewed in England to be shipped over to the landed gentry working in India in the 1700’s. Hops (a known preservative) were added in abundance to cover the long sea journey. On top of a substantial malt backbone, we have added a rich mixture of hops from Germany and the USA. Lastly, we add in local hops from George to give a fresh fruity/floral aroma.
